We'll help you identify the incentives that make sense for you, ensure eligibility and pre-approval, take care of the full installation and commissioning process, and then verify for Mass Save for dispersal of funds.

  • Pre-Eligibility Checks Pre-Eligibility Checks We complete the Mass Save BMS Calculator and assemble the required documentation; then submit to your Sponsor for pre-approval.
  • Acceptance and Installation. Acceptance and Installation. We install and commission per the approved scope, aligning sequences of operation to program requirements for verification.
  • Commissioning and Verification Commissioning and Verification We gather required trends/screenshots and submit the final package so your Sponsor can process the incentive. (If your facility is larger or has lab/process loads, we route to Custom or ESPO instead.)

FAQs

  1. Do we qualify for the MassSave program? Yes—most building do. Big or specialized buildings often use a custom review based on calculated savings; smaller buildings (under 300k sq ft) can use a standard, fixed-amount incentive for typical controls work. Either way, we handle eligibility and pre-approval for you.
  2. Can we start work now? We can start the application now. Installation begins after Mass Save® issues pre-approval. We handle the submission so you’re ready to go as soon as it’s approved.
  3. What documents are needed? We prepare the package, including Scope/sequences, calculator output, and verification trends/screenshots. Energy consumption documents may be requested.
