TC Controls Accounting:

The Senior Financial Accountant tracks, forecasts, and documents the company’s revenue and expenditures. The Senior Financial Accountant works with management as well as the TC Controls business units to provide accurate data that will enable the business to make sounds decisions.

The Senior Financial Accountant primary responsibilities:

· Prepare profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.

· Creating Financial KPI reports.

· Assisting the Vice President with the preparation of year-end financials.

· Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.

· Conducting internal audits.

· Examining financial records to check for accuracy.

· Provide financial reports to directors and ownership upon request.

· Foster a positive work environment and the best culture possible

Qualifications & Experience:

· YEARS EXPERIENCE: 5+ with demonstrated success in financial accounting.

· EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics or Business Management.

· History of working in a construction Accounting or Finance role.

· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as ERPs & BIs.

· Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies.

· Communication and presentation skills.

· High-level problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage shifting priorities.

· Highly collaborative style with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to ever-changing situations.
