Senior Estimator – Building Automation

Responsibilities:

• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering and reviewing proposals, blueprints, specifications, equipment cut sheets and related documentation.
• Perform take-offs and compute costs by analyzing labor and material.
• Coordinate project scope with materials and local/national codes
• Submit requests for information (RFIs) as needed during bid process
• Prepare proposal letters, bid forms and turnover packages, etc.
• Follow up with customers on bid-status
• Source projects to bid so that the Company’s pipeline goals are met
• Review costs reports on prior projects and develop cost estimate standards.
• Manage the post award process
