This project consisted of a multi-phased expansion to its Milford, MA biologic’s manufacturing facility.  TC Controls was contracted by A/Z Corporation to install a new control system with integration to the existing building management system.

  Renovation and conversion of a cold storage warehouse to a state-of-the-art cultivation facility.  Our role in this project was the installation and commissioning of a fully automated co2 enrichment system.  Since the completion of the project we have been brought in to help solve integration issues.

A new 1-story medical office building located in Shrewsbury MA.  TC joined Cutler Associates and KMD Mechanical on this project.  Our scope included the installation of a full DDC system controlling 40 VAV units.        

This building was built in 1926 and was a former tractor factory.  TC Controls was brought in to join the cm&b and Global Mechanical team to install and commission a full DDC control system.

The Gibbs building originally built in 1928 was renovated to create a 6th Grade Middle School for approximately 500 students. TC Controls Teamed with General Mechanical on this project and installed and commissioned a full DDC control system.
